Booking windows control which days and hours leads can schedule a demo. The current configuration on this site:

How this is enforced
The booking calendar on this site automatically disables non-bookable days and only shows times inside the windows above. Visitors can't pick a blocked slot.
Changing your windows
To adjust availability, update the availability map in the booking component and re-publish. New slots appear immediately.
